Please.read review below.
Earnhardt helped but can't say the same for Hyundai USA. We own 2 Santa Fes. We experienced poor dealing on a key that was chronically bad for over 2 years but was unaware of the high cost to replace. Hyundai USA flatly refused to help for this item which was 6 months passed warranty on the vehicle with less than 50,000 miles.

2 other items occurred. New starter needed for the 2013 vehicle and the more recent vehicle required a new differential. Doesn't say much for the quality..

Best service dept. I have ever dealt with.
Mike Southern, the Service Manager, went out of his way to resolve an issue I ran into on my Tucson. Everyone in this service department from the top down does a wonderful job for their customers. Hyundai has an outstanding representative of their quality brand in Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale.

This team is so respectful of my time. They quickly and cheerfully greet customers, get your car in right away and are done with the service before you know. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!

Each visit is an instant replay for previous VISITS which have been nothing but excellent. And continue to climb upward.
Last visit was so quick I could not finish my coffee.
