Second vehicle in three years
We are officially loyal to the Hyundai brand and especially our Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale family. Julian Foldes is wise and very comfortable to work with. His humor, experience (20+ years), and overall "bedside manner" made our decisions as smooth as silk. Your reputation starts with the first hello. We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in 2016 and have never looked back. Because of your professionalism, we make sure all of our service is done by Mike and the rest of the service staff and crew. To give you a little idea of how much respect we have for you all, we one mile from the Camelback Hyundai location and will never set foot in there for anything. You show us a loyalty to customers, friends, and family that is lacking in the corporate owned establishments. Earnhardt spells family... You made us feel as if we were being invited to your dinner table.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY
I went to the N Scottsdale Dealership on Monday, April 29, 2019, late in the afternoon. I was having trouble starting my car and suspected my battery was weak. As soon as I arrived, Michael Southern came outside and he immediately had a service technician named, Shayne, come out and test my car battery. Sure enough, the battery was WEAK and Michael asked Shayne to install a new Battery right then and there. I was so impressed by this fast service and I appreciated it because I drive my grandchildren around and would NEVER want to get stuck if my battery had completely died. Shayne also washed my car himself after the service had been completed. I am convinced that Earnhardt Hyundai in North Scottsdale, Arizona, is the BEST Dealership in the Country. I have been coming to this place for several years now and I am ALWAYS more than SATISFIED; they EXCEED All My EXPECTATIONS! BRAVO

I was satisfied with service except one thing. Everytime I get my oil changed they change my display reading. Very irritating. I can't figure how to get it back to where I like it. Right now all it reads is the speed I'm traveling at. So unless I eventually figure it out it has to stay at that one reading. Why do they have to change it.?

Very well run dealership!
As is always the case @ Earnhardt, I had an excellent service experience. In addition to an oil change, the brake fluid & coolant were replaced. I've always dealt with Mike Southern, who has always taken "good care of me." Mike is a real pro, & if I owned an auto dealership, I would try to hire him away! He is that good!!

Earnhardt-keep up the very high standards!

Finally-I appreciate the mini-buffet, which helps the time go by faster for those of us who wait @ the dealership while the car is being serviced.
