Very friendly and attentive
Very nice facility and friendly, helpful staff. We have a minor issue with a power plug in the dash; they ordered the replacement part, but there was still a short which will need further service and considerable time to locate. Their communication and follow up were great. Because we needed our vehicle, they put everything back together so we could have it on time; and it was ready to go exactly when they had told us. When we can, we will make arrangements to go back to get the service completed, but we are very pleased with their service and expect to have a good relationship with Hiley Hyundai in the future.

Mary Morris
Upon arriving at at the service center I was greeted by Mary Morris. One word...HELPFUL!! What a joy to have such a courteous and efficient lady help me get my vehicle serviced. I came to the service center because of a recall on my Elantra. She quickly pulled up my car by the VIN number, found the recalls that were needed and had the technicians working on my car in no time! She gave me a detailed print out of the other items my car needed and offered a 0% interest payment plan so I could get all the needed repairs done the same day. She was friendly, efficient and made it a joy to visit Hiley Hyundai. If there were more employees like her the world would be a better place! KUDOS Mary! You rock.

The prices are fairly comparable to what you'd pay elsewhere (with on-line coupon specials found at their website), but you get complimentary shuttle service (if you wish), & I was able to grab some late lunch at a nearby restaurant. They also wash your car for you as well.
Overall, a decent value...and the quality of service is, as one would expect, excellent.
