Fine service department
I think they try and offer competitive prices - for a dealership. Their online discounts help towards this, so always check online. Like that they clean inside and outside of the vehicle. Their service reps are friendly. Other than once or twice, I have not had any issues with the work they have done. Mary stands out to me and has always been very helpful as a service rep.

Good evening.  Thank you for the feedback.  I apologize that your repair took longer than expected.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over how long it takes to receive parts.  In addition, there were 2 holidays during the time your vehicle was here, so that would have slowed down the parts delivery as well as having time to repair the vehicle.  

I will do some more research to see if I can find a more definite cause for the delay and get back with you.  Again, thank your for your feedback.

One of your staff members
I recently purchased a 2015 Elantra and was trying to decide which of the 3 dealerships closest to me to have the car checked out at. When I called Hiley in Burleson I spoke with Mary Morse and she was so kind and knowledgeable over the phone I did not even call the other 2 places. When I arrived she took care of me wonderfully so this will be the only place I am going to take my car to.

The only problem is I asked the rep who scheduled my appointment for a ride home. When I got there at 7:30am I was told curtesy rides don’t start until 9am..I was given a car to drive home.

Good morning Donna.  I apologize the courtesy shuttle was not readily available.  At this point in time, I assist with the courtesy shuttle, as well as, picking up and delivering parts.  Most likely, one of those two situations were going on and the shuttle wasn't going to be available until 9.   

As we continue to grow, so will our staff and the accommodations for our clients.  I'm glad we were able to provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle while we performed your services.
