Accurate and fast
Came in for my first service and the writer was ready for me with my appointment in hand. She handled my concerns quickly and helped me understand the process at the service dept. I liked that they do inspect the vehicle each time it is in for service and allowed me to demonstrate the issues present to the technician.

Great! Very friendly :)
Everything went perfect and smooth with my car service. The people are so nice and friendly and it was pretty quick on the service part. Also we used the shuttle service for lunch which was great! I would highly recommend :)

I bought the car from you....I will use your service depatment until I have a reason to not.
I expect excellent service.....because that is evidence of the ongoing relationship that leads to recurring purchases. Your service department could use some marketing that gives reassurance to the customer hat excellence is pursued and is a priority. In your reviews you have some vehemently negative write-ups.....! Your female service provider has been berated by some reviewers as being rude and non-communicative. I DO NOT FIND EITHER OF THESE ALLEGATIONS TO BE TRUE. This young lady has been courteous and an advocate to be sure my vehicle is up to date on recalls and is properly serviced. You can help your service team by stressing and teaching communicative skills that put the customer at ease and exude confidence in their service experience.

Good morning Janice.  I appreciate all the wonderful feedback.  As far as amenities and services go, you have some really good ideas.  We are limited on space, but we might be able to get creative.  We do offer a complimentary shuttle service within 10 mile radius of the dealership.  We also will take clients to any of the local restaurants if they choose to have lunch while they are waiting.  I'm sure there are some establishments that will deliver, if the client so desires.

Fast and friendly service
The service advisor was great and they had me in and out within 45 min. However $59 for a cabin air filter that I can get from any auto parts store for $18. Come on folks way to much of a mark up

Good evening Ronald.  We appreciate your feedback.  Just so we are on the same page, the actual filter itself was $20.00.  The $39.95 was labor for disassembling and removing the glove box to get to the location of the cabin filter for it to be replaced, then reinstall the glove box.  So I hope you feel better knowing the cost of the actual Hyundai filter was only $2.00 more than an after market one.
