Mobile Service was great!
The other Ford dealerships in the area would not service my 30 foot motorhome, and I had a recall that HAD to be completed by a Ford dealer. Even though Mike White Ford did not have a shop to accommodate, they were able to send out their Mobile Service techs to my house to address the recall and change my oil. They were on time, efficient, and polite! So glad to have the recall taken care of now!

I went to the dealership to make an appointment for service and I was offered mobile service that would come to my home! It was great! Oil change, tire rotation, multiple point inspection, and they even took care of a recall notice for our backup camera!! Super convenient, and the mechanics were amazing!

Great experience
After moving from CdA 40+ yrs ago, my husband moved back to our childhood hometown. Things had changed a bit since then and we didn’t know where to take our Bronco for services. I got online and found Mike White Ford. I made an appt online. A few days later I got a call from Mike White Ford to let me know there was a glitch in the online scheduling and I needed to reschedule. I was given the opportunity to come into the dealership “or” they could send someone out to me and change my oil and rotate my tires, if they needed it, and the charge was the same. Of course I choose for them to come to me. They were right on time, thorough (explained his finding on the tires, fluids in the car etc) professional and friendly. A couple days later I got a call from Kent at Mile White Ford and he took payment over the phone. Super easy!!!

Convenient Mobile Service
I called to schedule a routine lube, oil and filter service. The Service Rep suggested a mobile service that was available. I made the appointment, the service personnel showed up on time and as expected. They also brought a filter with them that was yellow on my last service. They completed the service in a timely manner. The mobile service manager, Dan? called back and went over the service details and sent me a copy of the invoice. It went very smoothly and I was very happy with the service technicians, their manager and the service work.

Absolutely excellent same as it was a month ago on Ford F150. This time it was a Suburban Outback. Doesn’t need to be just Ford!
