Wonderful service experience!
Wow, my service experience far exceeded my expectations. Dan Nord was very professional, a great communicator, and made the entire experience easy.

While driving our Transit AWD Class B+ over to visit family in Coeur d'Alene, our engine oil change reminder came on.

Initially I thought about waiting until we got back home but decided to reach out to Mike White Ford, and I am so glad we did.

Dan was just great to work with and even offered us a mobile service for our oil change, plus he was able to handle the open recall that was just issued.

Heck, we didn't even need to be present for the service and went for a long bike ride.

Seriously, it was so darn easy!
