I've used this service 3 times. It's great. They came to my office and everything was completed in a timely fashion. The techs are friendly and professional. One of my coworkers is using the service for our company and personal vehicles. I love the service and have recommended it to others.

We used the mobile service on this last oil change and it was great. They came to my office and did the oil change, tire rotation, and recall fixes. Service was great and saved me time. Will use again.

Diagnosis of intermittent noise on front left wheel of my truck.
I would like to commend your technician (sorry I can't remember his name) for being both very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable in the way he approached the problem, and in his repair work on the vehicle. Mike White Ford is very lucky to have employees like him, I would trust him to anything on my truck, and I am very picky about it. I will have no problems using your mobile service in the future if everyone is like him.

Came to my home to do checkup
They were early and that was good. Nice and professional! My only gripe is they were rotating tires and yet when I checked my low air pressure was exactly the same as it was before. So I called to make sure they actually did rotate tires and was told yes but when I mentioned that the tires were low (28 psi) he said I could come or they come back.

So your road crew came to my house in Wallace, changed the oil and rotated the tires in about 30 minutes.
That was a great crew of two. Polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. This saved me a long day going to cda and freed me up to do other important things on my to do list. Incredible service, thank you.

Mobile service at home
I hadn’t heard of service as mobile including oil/lube, tire rotation and recall updates, so I jumped at the opportunity. The young mechanic showed up very timely, gave a rough timeframe for the service to be completed, and proceeded to perform the service in my driveway. He completed it timely and told me I would get a call from the dealer to go over what was done.
The only negative was I never got a call from the service department and the mechanic didn’t check connections, ie phone sync and radio. I had to resync my phone and program my radio/sirius stations. No big deal. I loved having the service at home.

Couldn't believe there was a mobile service to do an oil change on my diesel truck. Was fast, convenient, and not a drop of oil spilled. Plus it was the same price as if I had taken to the dealership. Will do mobile service for future oil changes.
