Tire repair

My low tire pressure light was on and I had a screw in one of my front tires. Earnhardt was able to squeeze my in (I had no appointment) replaced the tire, aligned and got me on my way in less than two hours. Exceptional service.

Friendly welcome, good waiting area, expedient service to get you going and willingness to answer and assist in any other questions.

As I mentioned above, I felt comfortable even tho it was the first time I was visiting there, everything was carried out in a good business manner and it was not an overly long wait. The hospitality of providing a cup of coffee, a bite to eat, set very well with my schedule and the premises are very roomy.

Disappointing

Decent updated details over the phone. Poor customer service regarding courtesy car ride from dealership home.
1.3 miles outside the range and that service was denied to my husband.

I appreciate the no pressure tactic of the service department. Four stars only because my issue still remains but was assured it wouldn't cause problems down the road (no pun intended). Apparently, if a warning light doesn't come on, they think there is no problem. Time will tell!

Fast and courteous

Super busy service center but efficiently run. Jason Coburn said service may take 60-90 minutes but he would do his best to make it quick while I waited. 45 minutes later car was washed and ready! Really appreciated the effort! We love our Hyundai!

I did not see any charges on your recent invoice, but we would be happy to discuss further if there is a way we could help you beyond recalls. In fact, going back as far as your first visit in 2014 I do not see a single instance where we have ever charged you any amount for anything we've done on your car.

Model "A" for Car and Customer Service Excellence

Hyundai N. Scottsdale excels in taking care of me, the customer and of my car. The dealership is spotless. They were ready for me when I arrived. My car was serviced quickly and there was no attempt to provide additional services it did not need. I like their honesty, customer-comes-first ethic and the showroom / service lounge all in one place. It's also easy to get in and out of their parking lot. The Starbucks coffee, bagels and other treats make it easy for me to bring the car in early and actually relax while it's being worked on. I can get a courtesy shuttle or just hang out.
Kudos to the management and staff.

Always Great SErvice

Except for a very short time, this has been the dealership that has done all the maintenance on my 2007 Santa Fe. In that time I have gotten to know the Service Reps, the Service Manager and even a few salesmen (not ready for a new vehicle yet). They are all great, professional and friendly.
