Always Great Service

I have been using this dealership for service on my 2007 Santa Fe since I purchased my car. They have always been professional, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. It is great to have such a good relationship with my service advisor and the service manager. Thanks Jason Coburn and Michael Southern for taking such good care of my vehicle. Now for the down side - because you take such good care of my vehicle I don't feel the pressure to purchase a new one.

Love this place

This is the best service department anywhere! I love my Hyundai and plan to purchase another one when I start having trouble with this one. Everyone is so professional and the waiting area is almost as good as being home. Nice array of snacks and beverages. Clean and bright.

March 14th Visit

I brought my car in for the 105000 service on March 14th 2018. Everything went great as usual and Jason was took care of my cars needs just as he always does. I will keep coming back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I've dealt with MANY dealers over the years, ie...Honda, Toyota and many others....and I have had the typical (go in for an oil change and get a call, "We found an issue with this, it'll be the price of your first born" type of situation. Over and over, at EVERY single dealership. Even after having one of the mile checks I've had something go bad that the other dealers just 'missed' and it costs up the ying yang. Always someone chasing a 'bonus'..
However, with Hyundai N Scottsdale I have NEVER had a problem, EVER! This is almost NOT heard in 2018. Most companies don't even know what 'Customer service' means anymore, or that it means, nothing.
Here I don't have to worry about being ripped off, sold things that I don't need, or that don't even exist, just to hit a goal by some low end loser, looking for a bonus.

Here I have had stellar service, year after year! Always professional, polite and quick to please! They are super busy and I do have to schedule even the smallest oil changes, but, its because of their Amazing service! I just wish more companies would offer such Amazing customer service.

Great as always but a two week wait for service is too long

I love Earnhardt Hyundai. I bought my last car there and am loyal to the service department, but over the past couple of years they've gotten so busy that I can't get my car in for service for at least ten days from the time I look to schedule. The dealership is land locked and it's great to be busy, but they've got to address this issue.
