Great experience every time
I am always pleased at the professionalism I see at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. They always tell me just what I need and see if there are ways to save me money. Robert and Jason have been rock solid.

Im Definitely Spoiled
What can i say...every time i show up to have my awesome Genesis serviced...Jason Coburn takes exceptional care of me. What i really appreciate and respect about Jason and the rest of the service specialists at Hyundai North Scottsdale is that whether you are a first time or long time customer, Jason greets you with a smile and gives you all his attention and the respect of being a valued customer and honestly part of the Hyundai North Scottsdale Family. Now some may think I am just that customer that is always happy and content and just plain naive when in fact my wife and I can be some of the most needy customers you will ever meet. If you dont believe me, walk in and ask Jason, Norm, Robert, or even the Service Manager Mr. Michael Southern, and they will probably politely chuckle. But the fact is we love our Hyundais and take great pride in maintaining them and keeping them immaculate and operating to perfection. The amazing thing is the gentlemen mentioned above feel the same way about our vehicles. They take pride in knowing their cars/your car is running perfect and looks great. I know im rambling but let me give you a perfect example....i had just bought my 3rd car from the dealership, my first Genesis a black coupe, and i absolutely loved it. So i took it in for its scheduled service and while i was there Mr. Southern, mind you this is the top dog in charge of the entire service department, walked out to ask me how i was enjoying my new genesis, and of course i told him i absolutely loved it. As he was standing their admiring my vehicle he had probably seen hundreds of times, he suddenly stopped and said "what is this" as he was looking at my wheels. He had noticed that the centercaps on my wheels/rims and logo on the trunk did not the have the genesis logo, a winged logo that looks similar to a Bentley. I just told him that was the way it came and he completely freaked and said it was unacceptable even though i had never really thought about it honestly since i was just so happy with how awesome the car was. He immediately went and told Jason to order me a logo kit for my wheels and trunk and he would take care of the cost. I was still a little caught off guard but his next statement summed it all up for me pretty much forever with this dealership, Mr. Southern said, "Tim when you are driving around I want your car to look the best it can because when I drive around and see your car or our other cars we have sold and serviced, it gives me pride knowing your car and others look awesome as its a direct reflection of who we are as a dealership." If this doesn't demonstrate how unique, caring, and professional that Earnhardt North Scottsdale and specifically the service department and staff is, then i dont know what does. This is customer service that is completely out of this world and unheard of in a day and age when most cant even define the word. Customer service is becoming a lost art and we as customers have come to a point where we have become so use to it that we fail to even notice the fact we are being deprived of it. Well, Jason Coburn, Mr. Southern and the Earnhardt Family have not forgot about the importance of "Customer Service" that I can assure you. For this reason i feel its appropriate to say I feel "Spoiled" by them but so does everyone else that ever has an opportunity to work with any of these extraordinary individuals. Many of you may have stopped reading along time ago but if you took the time to finish reading my review you will know that there are still dealerships and businesses out there that still understand how absolutely important customer service is to being successful and creating lifelong customers and friends.

Now I am not all about fluffing and pumping up these individals and this dealership because im nice or i get any special attention from them because I dont and would never expect it. This review can be a double edged sword....now that i have put my reputation on the line by telling you about how incredible Jason Coburn, Michael Southern, and this Earnhardt dealership are, the pressure is now on them to maintain this exceptional service and atitude because they are now going to be held to a higher level of service and customer care/service by anyone that has respectfully read my tactical rambling and review and willing to give them your business. Its my hunch that these individuals are more than prepared for the challenge and will not let me or others down that have placed their reputations on the line by providing feedback similar to what i have just done.

Our customer feedback whether negative or positive is important because it shows companies and individuals where they are succeeding, so they can continue to hold themselves to an even higher standard and also it shows them where they need to improve. I can attest to the fact that any review you do for Earnhardt North Scottsdale is reviewed and taken to heart by these individuals whether good or bad, but if you never tell them then they will never really know.

So Mr. Jason Coburn, and Mr. Southern, you should take a great amount of pride in your professionalism and customer service attitude because it is noticed and appreciated and the Earnhardt Family is incredibly lucky to have you two on its team and being ambassadors for them everyday. Phenominal job and keep pushing yourselves as it is appreciated and respected.

Great service
Had a problem with oil leaking and it was fixed under warranty even though I've had this car 9 years. Great service and great warranty. That's why I also recommend Hyundai cars.

Service area hard to contact but good service once you get them
It’s too hard lately to get service area to pick up the phone. Once you get a response calling service, service is good. Drop off was easy, jason was great rep and service was done promptly.
