Always excellent service
I can never say enough about the quality of service I receive at this location! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. Even on the Christmas holiday weekend, they worked hard to ensure parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner, and when the parts were delayed, I didn't even have to ask for a loaner car. They were quick to offer one to us, and were so apologetic when things were delayed. I wish everyone could received the same level of service at any repair shop that we are fortunate to receive here!

Courteous, professional and prompt service
They were very fair, kind and courteous dealing with my wife. They fixed all warranty issues and didn't try to oversell me on the useless extras. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and use their service.

Great Communication from staff & timely completion of work
The couple times I called to inquire about the status of my car, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and communicated thoroughly. Ultimately, this experience was exceptional and I plan on bringing my car back every time I need anything service related.

You can buy a car, just don't expect to ever use the service department.
The service department here is absolutely terrible, they don't know how the use the online scheduling service that they provide on their own website, and they never have loaner cars.

The sales team is absolutely wonderful though!

All Vehicles were already reserved for previous reservations this late in the day as we close at 6:30 Pm. 

On the said day we did not have any loaner car available, generally, we need a 2-3 day lead time to make a loaner reservation. In this particular case, you made the reservation at 6:17 PM (we close at 6:30 PM.) for the following morning and they were not any available. I do understand your frustration and if you would like to call I would be happy to discuss it with you.

Oil Change & Tire Rotation
Everything was wonderful and I was very impressed with the staff and waiting area. However, just an oil change and tire rotation should not take over an hour and a half. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Sir, I apologize for that it appears the only thing they found that needed to be addressed was that the a/c was slightly low and you performed that service so nothing else was due on the vehicle at this time.  As far as your future services regular oil change on your next visit. At 60k there is a larger service due but currently, you are caught up.

Service was great!
We had a very unfortunate situation and the service staff was extremely understanding and helpful. While I'm not happy with Hyundai as a whole, I was very impressed with this dealership. If I lived in Texas, I would use this provider for all services.
