They worked with me
My vehicle was there for a while but at no fault to them, the engine part was on backorder with no ETA from hyundai due to a recall. When i got it back the airbag light was on, which, since i had to fix my old beater to continue working, didn’t click with me right away, but i drove it a few miles down the highway before realizing it shouldnt be on and turned around to have them scan it. Turns out one of the side impact sensors went bad while it was on their lot, and because of this they worked with me on halving the price of the repair and parts. Apparently this can happen (likely because of plastic and rubber parts going bad). They even tried providing me with a loaner twice, but unfortunately for me, as a delivery driver, i could not use it to work so i had no interest in even taking their loaner since i was sure someone else could probably get more use out of it.

Took a really long time for them to finally fix my vehicle
My vehicle went in for.a “failing engine” as they put it. Guy at autozone said it was a misfire but i didn’t believe him. Apparently there was a recall sent out for the 2016 sonata hybrids about the connecting rod in the engine and i think that was the issue. It still took just about 2 months for them to get all the parts and get it fixed. When i got the vehicle back, the AIRBAG light was on. WHY? I asked them about it and they all said none of the work performed should have screwed up the airbag system. They said it was possible for the sensor to just “go out on its own” even though i had no issues with it in the 95k miles i drove the vehicle, apparently it just “went out on its own” while sitting in their repair lot for 2 months. Oh, did i mention they tried hooking me up with a rental? Then when i got there they told me i couldn’t use it for delivery purposes. Unfortunately that is my job, i am a delivery driver. So, thanks for wasting my time.

The right way to do things
I bought my little car at Eckert Hyundai back in 2006, and now have well over 300000 miles on it. When I take the car in for service, they always let me know what else is wrong with it, and give me the option to do the repairs now or later if I prefer. They are all very courteous and knowledgeable. It seems to me that every time I see a new face, I'm not talking to a dummy. Apparently they have a very good selection process. I was pleased the other day when I went in four days before my oil change appointment, to get some extra oil, and they asked if I had time to let them slide me in. Now that's what I call service. I will always recommend this dealership to any one.

Replaced engine quickly!!!
After finding out my engine was seized they handled the problem quickly and got with Hyundai and had it fixed within a week.

Had two issues when I brought the car in. Both were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Ability to schedule appointment online big plus. From the time I dropped off car until pickup everything was handles very professionally.
