The folks did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs. When the time to complete the repairs needed to be extended, they offered me a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my own car. Appreciate the good customer service.

One pleased Customer
I was very pleased with the work. The pricing was way better than I expected so I was very satisfied with that. They called and kept me updated on my vehicle and services I needed. I got my vehicle back just like they said I would. I will be returning for all my Hyundai needs on my suv.

Pleasant environment and friendly service.
We own two Hyundai cars. Whenever we visited Eckert Hyundai, Denton TX we were given friendly welcome and prompt service. The diagnosis of the problem was always thorough, pinpointing the trouble. recommended repair and estimated cost. Work would be always dependable and done expertly. I trust professionalism of the service staff and technician so much that I would not go to any other place but to Eckert Hyundai for major checkups and repairs. One of the Cars is my Hyundai Elantra 2009, still in an excellent shape. Thanks to the quality of service that is being provided by their service team to me. May be little more expensive than your local mechanic's shop but...Hey!, it's worth it.

Took my Santa Fe in for an oil change and because my engine light was on. Jimmy called me and told me that they would have to order a part. He also told me that he would give me a loaner car while they were fixing mine so I wouldn't be put out. He stayed in contact with me and gave me updates regularly. When I picked up my car, there was no charge for the fix and my car had been washed. Every time I'm at Eckert Hyundai and I am treated so well! I love being part of the Hyundai Family.

Great service department
Bought my Veracruz used from Eckert Hyundai in 2013. Thanks to their service department, five years and 155k miles later, it is still in great shape. The past few trips, I've had Jake as my service adviser and he does a good job of letting me know what work needs to be done, what it'll cost, and when my vehicle will be available. Everyone in the service department greets me by name, and I would definitely recommend both the dealership and the service department to anyone. Once my Veracruz finally wears out, my next vehicle will be a Hyundai and I will continue to have it serviced at this dealership.

I was at the dealership for two reasons ... my first oil change and returning my fathers end-of-lease vehicle. My dad was very apprehensive going in only to find the process quick and seamless. The manager of the dealership was keen to how he felt and made it a better experience. Thank you !

I don't bother getting a ride. If I make an appointment for one of their early spots, they have my oil change and tire rotation done in about half an hour. Staff is nice. Price is reasonable. And I like them having all my service records in case anything ever goes wrong. Recommended.

I just wish the dealership would have pointed out there was a recall for a part on my vehicle that I am sure they already knew about because when I got my car back from being repaired there was a letter in my mailbox almost the same day... now I have to make another appointment

Nothing but the best!
I have had my Hyundai Elantra going on two years now. I always get it serviced at Eckert Hyundai. The guys always take care of me and go above and beyond to make sure that everything is okay. Most importantly, they are honest! Most dealer services are all about the money but here, they CARE for the people which is why I am 100% satisfied with the quality and care they put into making things easier. Definitely recommend!

Service Department Lacking in Customer Service Skills
No one meets you at your vehicle in the service bay. Even after you go inside, no one looks up until you ask for assistance. Vehicle interior returned dirtier than when dropped off. This is not the first time here at Eckert and appears to be a pattern with the service department. I have owned two Sonata's, one Santa Fe and one Azera and previously dealt with Van and Huffines Hyundai and both were outstanding in their customer service and quality of work.
