Happy Santa Fe
I've had my little Santa Fe for 9 years now & it's by far the best car I've ever bought! I've only had it in the shop twice in those 9 years - can you beat that?? You have serviced my car each time, and done it wonderfully. It still gets me down the road & fights off the crazy people on 35 I have to contend with! Thank you for a job well done!

This service was for a warranty repair estimated to take 2-hours. But the actual repair took just over one-hour, so my wait was much shorter than expected. The repair also seems to be good, so I am happy.

Have serviced my car with Eckert Hyundai for years and had a great experience every time. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. No hard upselling. Moved away for a job and had to take my car to another shop when I realized what I was missing. I go out of my way now to bring my car to Eckert because I know I can trust them.

Oil leak that was hard to locate
My 2012 had an oil leak that was extremely difficult to locate. Jake was very helpful and would not give up until I was satisfied. Given a loaner they kept my car until they were sure the problem was solved and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone truly went beyond my expectation to make me happy. I will definitely keep returning for both service and new car purchases!

Great brand and car. Dealership has always been the best. Only problem I've had is an oil pan leak that can't be fixed. But if I check oil and add as needed and pressure wash the driveway I should be ok until the fire comes.

Very Professional
My 2013 Hyundai Sonata has an engine recall requiring a complete new motor. As soon as I heard the knocking noise it causes, I scheduled an appointment. I did the research was was pretty certain the cause was the recall, I was prepared to fight in case they tried to weasel their way out of fixing it. However as soon as I called to check in on the prognosis, they were very upfront about the issue and ensured me the new motor, labor, and rental while the car was down would be taken care of completely.
Everything went smooth and I will likely be a Hyundai customer for life with how well they handled the recall that I'm sure if very costly to Hyundai.
