Nice but slow.

Service staff are pleasant but it took over 90 minutes to get the oil changed in my car, even with an appointment. It was my first time there. I hope it gets better!

Horrible customer service

Went to McGrath talked to someone named Christine she was very nice. However the service was horrible. Let’s just say this is not luxury this is shit. I went in to fix my steering wheel and they fixed the steering wheel. Upon returning my car the ac didn’t work so i asked how long will that take? Christine said we can fix it today with a full inspection. So we did that a couple hours later she called and said your vehicle is ready. We arrived received the car and while we were driving the blinkers were not working. We drove back to hyundai and Christine was getting ready to go we explained the car is not fixed I can’t drive if no one can see my back blinkers, it’s not road safe. Instead of fixing the problem she said my shift is over everyone is gone. You can go across the street to Pep boys! Never in my life have I heard a dealer say to go to some random mechanic on a car. I will never return to hyundai McGrath again

When I bring my car in for service, I get great customer service from time i am quoted and taken care of. I wouldnt think of taking my car anywhere else. You have a Great team work of guys working here but the one that takes.
