I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and wiper replacement (and free inspection and wash). It was very busy (Saturday mid-morning), but they were able to get me taken care of in about an hour.

Overall the place is great I just wish Christine could've told me to wait for inspections before getting things done that I feel that could've waited due to the important thing that need to be done has to wait because i Don't have the money now... and the labor is expensive I will tell a friend but I would've to warm them about the labor

Nice place

Nice place, good attitude. Only reason for not having 5 stars is this is the second time I notice that during the oil change service, the typical checks didn't get done. 1st time my windshield fluid ran out two weeks after my visit which meant it was low when I took it in (I don't use it very often) 2nd time my headlight bulb was out and I forgot to mention during drop off. Most places check for it things like this. Other than that however it was good experience and would still recommend since I'd be going back. I'll try to remember to mention it to them so they can make improvements.

Awful Experience

The facility itself is nice. The waiting room was comfortable. When I asked a gentleman at the counter about car battery’s he was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I understood what was being done to my car. However, I was blatenlty lied to on the phone. When I asked if my service would be covered he said yes. And when it came down to what had to be done I felt pressured and rushed into paying basically 400. I’m a young and new car owner and I will never be making that mistake again. The people that come to you for help should be able to trust you. I will not be coming back here again if I can help it.
