Great service from Christine!

Something was wrong with my car’s gas gauge and a part needed to be ordered. Christine found me a loaner car and called to update me every step of the way. She genuinely treated me like family. I’ve bought 4 cars from McGrath in the past 10 years, and Christine’s wonderful customer service and follow-through are the reasons I keep coming back.

Christine, Ed and the rest of the Staff makes the place fantastic.

I’ve been driving Hyundai’s Sante Fe since 2005, I’ve purchased 5 of them total. The last 3 Sante Fe’s I purchased at McGrath and I was disappointed in the interest rate that I received from the last purchase. I’m thinking of Purchasing my next one at another Hyundai Dealer because I felt that as a preferred customer I should’ve received a better interest rate than the one I got. Other than my last Purchase everything else is great and I attribute that to Christine, she always take great care of my needs and her customer service is impeccably excellent!
