The customer service
The dealership is clean, lots of places to charge your phone, vending machines a television and you can even leave while your vehicle is being serviced and they will text you updates. The caveat is message received is more of a maybe than a guarantee, the woman I was communicating with via text stated that my brake lights would be repaired and I drove home believing that they were only to find out they were not. I do not like having a feeling of uncertainty or mistrust toward the place where I purchased my first vehicle, its a bit disappointing.

I had great customer service in addition to the great service on my vehicle. Additionally, when I picked up my car I noticed my husband’s credit card in the back. He didn’t realize he left it in the car, and thankfully your service technicians were honest and left it in the car!

Brittany was very attentive and informative towards my request. I came for a maintenance and inquired about brake cost. Found out that the cost to have my brakes was a bit much. Fortunately there were online coupons that cut down the cost. I wouldn't have know that if not for Brittany. Additionally, during my maintenance and brake job... I inquired about a leak near tires and found out that I need another repair. At first, I want happy but found out that it was covered under my warranty. I say this because I was 3000 miles shy from my warranty expiration. Any dealership would have avoided mentioning a repair like this until the warranty expires. However, they Brittany informed me of this and more. Overall, it was worth having my repairs done here because I ended up saving a lot and I mean a lot. I came here somewhat hesitant but ended up very happy with the repairs done and the quality of customer service that I received from this place.
