So much technology

We like our new Santa Fe Hybrid. There is a learning curve to get used to using all the technology available. Very impressive vehicle. We just wish it handled better at interstate highway speeds . . . the steering wanders at times.

Amazing value form your money.

Awesome vehicle with a ton of features. Dealership helping with warranty issues is not great. Minor build quality issues should have been easy to handle from the dealership perspective. Drives great and gets great fuel mileage for this size of a vehicle.

Like the car but dealer doesn’t honor warranty

Had a problem that should be an easy fix (wireless charger). Took dealer 3 hours and they claimed they could not find problem and refused to replace it. Don’t fall for their warranty claims because a warranty that isn’t backed up is of no value.

Creaky/squeaky seat

The car sounds like it is about to fall apart. Something under the driver’s seat creaks like stepping on a loose floorboard every time I make a turn, accelerate, decelerate, or go over speed bumps. I don’t know how sturdy my seat is if I am ever in an accident. Also don’t know how long it will stand up to the automatic memory setting. The noise started after less than a week and they have not been able fix it after multiple tries. And corporate is no help either. Based on my experience I would steer clear of this car and company.

Pleasant experience

Would recommend this vehicle to others and have. Love everything about my Santa Fe Hybrid except the issue with Bluelink. When I press the button on my steering wheel to specifically say for a name to be called it dials the last number I called.

Very please to this point

I replaced a Palisade and was concerned downsizing but the ride quality of the Santa Fe seems on parallel with the Palisade. I do miss the cargo capacity I gave up downsizing. MPG is great. The hybrid works well.

Just bought this

So far so good no issues. Getting 36.7 MPG combined. Ride is stable if not outstanding. Adequate power from the 1.6l engine. It’s not designed to be in a drag race but it certainly will get you merging fast enough onto the freeway or anywhere else where you need speed

This is an awesome SUV. It rides so smooth and quiet. It has all the features needed for long work commutes and long vacation trips. Its fuel economy is good also. Love the features of all cameras when parking and also during driving. This is my 3rd Hyundai and have not been disappointed yet.

Love this car

So glad I bought this car. It has been my favorite car to date. It has so many awesome features, too many to just pick one, however, ventilated seats may be my #1 favorite feature this hot summer. The dealership, Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa, FL is a great place to buy a car.

This seems to be a well designed and well made car We have owned I for a month or so, therefore, it is difficult to rate it like the survey would like the see! We have not had the time to really experience all the features and convinces yet. We are not yet comfortable with it. So far, we are pleased with the look, safety and convience features, but a honest experience survey would be much more reliable than a one moth review!

Great performance, great look, so-so infotainment

We bought the hybrid for its performance, gas mileage, and we like the way it looks. However, the connection to Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth could use some tweaking. The wireless charge feature, though good in theory, overheats and this is useless.

Solid SUV

Excellent SUV that does everything right. Quiet and well mannered. Holds 4 sets of golf clubs 👍. Love the rear window shades. Also that the LTD trim level has all the options included, and doesn’t “nickel and dime” you with other options.

A hybrid mid-size SUV you can buy in the Bay Area without a price increase

We bought this car in May, without a price increase, and it was sold according to MSRP. This is very rare. Overall, I am quite satisfied. Although the fuel consumption is not as good as that of Japanese hybrid cars, the average medium-sized SUV is still far behind this 30 mpg fuel consumption.

Car availability and value for price paid were main reasons for purchase. See below for improvements that could make this 23 Santa Fe Hybrid better. Overall am very satisfied after 1 month of driving. Looking forward to seeing how it handles winters in Minnesota.

Santa Fe Hybrid

This is the 6th Hyundai I have owned. I had an Elantra, Tucson, Sonata and 2 Sonata Hybrids. My Son owns an ionic Hybrid. I am very happy with the reliability of the brand. I have less than 1000 miles on my Santa Fe Hybrid and it’s already been in the shop. I hope I end up having the same experience as my past vehicles.

Good car and warranty, minor issues fixed under warranty

Manual confusing because so many options not applicable to my car. No index in manual. Very good climate control. Good storage. Don't like no spare tire. Good driving assist features. Navigation prefers names of destination. If enter address, you have to take an extra step. Sometimes names work better and sometimes address works better. Overall it's good but got lost twice and had to use Google Maps on my phone.
