Wile and the employees are great to work from and I love my new hybrid Santa fe.

I love my new hybrid sante fee. This is my 4th Hyundai I have bought and was very happy with all of them. Have had no issues with them at all and always meets my expectations. Wile Hyundai employees are amazing to work with. They make purchasing a car fun and easy.

I love it, but…

I love everything about this vehicle EXCEPT to backup alarm. It is a hybrid and a sound is required when in reverse but the alarm on these vehicles is obnoxious. I regret buying it every time I am in reverse which kills me because I love everything else.

Hyundai SEL Premium Hybrid

I'm very impressed with my new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Premium Hybrid. It's actually roomier than expected, especially legroom in both the front and back seats. It also has more room behind the 2nd row seats than I thought it would. I haven't taken any road trips, so don't know the "highway" mileage, but I'm impressed by the mileage in the city. I was a bit concerned that the 4 cylinder turbo + hybrid wouldn't have enough power, but that's not the case at all. A pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise is the very comfortable ride and how very QUIET my Santa Fe is! I also enjoy the BlueLink features using my phone. In addition, the 12 speaker Harmon Kardon speaker system is excellent. I'm also impressed with the complimentary maintenance, and the length of the warranties for different parts of the vehicle. I have the heated seats, however I do wish my SEL Premium included a heated steering wheel and ventilated seats. But not a huge deal with the remote start capability. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this vehicle and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Mpg not as advertised

MPG not even close to as advertised. Head room is limited entering and exiting vehicle. Dealer was not fair on trade in.................................................................................

Comfortable vehicle

Very nice vehicle. Lane assist needs to be more accurate. Gas mileage is lower than expected. I wish the power button was below the park button instead of on dash. Navigation system does not work as well as I expected.

Nice car

Nice riding vehicle,lot of features, navigation isn’t top of the line, and if your using it for long trips front seats become quite uncomfortable,, around town and short trips they are ok. Door locks are a bit fussy and frustrating to use till you get use to them

My 7th Hyundai, My 4th Santa Fe

Very satisfied with my Santa Fe Hybrid. Acceleration at both low and highway speeds is excellent. Very responsive when I need to pass. Fuel mileage is as advertised - I get 30 mpg when cruising speed is ~70, more when it's lower and about 28-29 mpg when I cruise at 75 or more.

Excellent

The reason we bought this vehicle was for gas mileage and rear seating leg room. We also like the exterior and interior stylings. We like the wheels because they are not conventional and the panoramic sun roof.

Cannot get out of first gear; maintenance at dealership is unreliable

Six times so far , and with 13,000 miles, the car cannot get out of first gear after a full stop. Correction requires pulling over in traffic, turning the car completely off, and then restarting. Hyundai's "free" scheduled maintenance was not provided for the first oil change because the dealership was making reservations no earlier than 6 weeks into the future. So the free maintenance, not provided by Hyundai, ended up costing me $200 out of pocket at an independent shop. Later, scheduling maintenance for the inability to shift gears was a one-week wait. Then, on the scheduled day, they didn't have time to run diagnostics, so they did that on day 2. Day 3 and looking into the future, they still have the car, and hope to work on it sometime soon.

The Santa Fe Hybrid is a nearly perfect vehicle

This is now our 4th Hyundai and all of them have been fantastic. This Santa Fe is amazing in every way! It's incredibly quiet. Its silky smooth to drive-- very refined. Unless you pull up the display, you cannot tell if the car is in electric or gas-- it's that completely seamless.

Great car

This is the fourth Hyundai I have owned, the second Santa Fe. They handle well, have plenty of room, and are very comfortable to drive. I don't like being forced to babble on just to make a character count.

Luxury cars be damned

Our families drive luxury vehicles (Mercedes, Lexus, Tesla). The Santa Fe’s repair and reliability reviews are better than their luxury cars and I paid a lot less. I’m proud to park along side them in my Santa Fe!

Overall Good car & Comfortable ride

Pros: I like the Speakers, Suspension, Seating Comfort, Lane keep, Lane centering, and Smart cruise are good CONS: The steering response could be better, The Infotainment screen freezes and needs to be restarted, no Interior cabin light in the storage area.

Nice looking car. Ride better than most cars. Had problems with my battery after 8 months had get it towed and jumped. Also my radio and control panel died intermittently. And service department told me I had wait 6 weeks before they go look at it. Not what a person wants hear after spending 41 k. On new car

Nice, functional, good gas mileage

Had a Toyota Rav 4 Limited Hybrid on a 6 month backorder, but needed to replace my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan sooner. Hybrids were not available due to pandemic issues. I had taken my wife's Kia Optima Hybrid in for service at the Dealer and browsed the showroom floor where I saw a Santa Fe Hybrid. I inquired about the Santa Fe Hybrid with Sales and decided to purchase.

Nice vehicle, good value for the price

Outstanding gas mileage. Comfortable and extremely quiet interior. Zero noted defects upon taking receipt of the vehicle. Would prefer a shift lever (rather than pushbuttons) and a little disappointed it didn't come with a spare tire, but these are very minor complaints. Overall, my 2023 Santa Fe is everything I was looking for when I replaced by 2013 Santa Fe -- completely happy with the purchase and hope to drive it for ten years like the previous one.

Santa Fe HEV LTD delivers

The 2023 Santa Fe HEV LTD delivers as advertised. The value proposition is best in class. If you are looking for a high performance touring SUV then buy a Ford Edge Titanium. However if you want an exceptionally well trimmed touring HEV SUV that outperforms the Edge Titanium on almost everything everything else then this ride is for you. The cabin is designed for comfort - especially for taller drivers. Something Toyota and Honda are a bit challenged on. The push button automatic transmission looks stupid, until you realize how clean it makes the console lines; and probably safer than the "wheel" design. Hyundai uses the wheel on the console for driving mode selection and is safely away from the transmission buttons. The LTD trim package is nice - equivalent to what Ford offers. The drive assist works as designed as makes long distance drives easier. If you don't want the third row that comes with the 2024 version then I would recommend pulling the trigger now.

Great mid-sized suv with exceptional mpg!

Great vehicle that offers plenty of space, it's very smooth and quiet on the highway and has a ton of technical features found on premium brands for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend this vehicle when shopping for a mid size SUV.
