Mostly love my Santa Cruz

Mostly, I’m very happy with my Santa Cruz. It is quick to respond if I need to change lanes in a couple of awkward freeway transitions I encounter every day, or avoid hazards in the road with speed and maneuverability. I appreciate the comfort of the temperature controlled seats, the sun roof and the good looks of the vehicle. I have had issues with the communication systems… sometimes the audio is absent and then comes on. I have had the dealership fix the issue once after 2 weeks of silence. CarPlay does not always work. And nav does not always work. Other than that we are great!

Fun to drive and very utilitarian!

I love this truck! I have hauled 8 railroad ties (super heavy). Additionally, I have picked up everything I needed for a bathroom remodel to include bathtub, shower surrounds, flooring...everything! This truck can handle it. Additionally, with the easy addition of a trailer brake, I pull a 2018 Jayco Hummingbird rk17 with absolutely no issue! I love the all-wheel Drive which allows me to pull my boat out of the water on a steep incline and to manage areas that my neighbors can't int their larger trucks. I wouldn't trade my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz for anything!

Best small truck

Definitely beats out Fords smaller trucks. One of the best warranties and gets great gas mileage. Has a modern and great interior. For the price tag, it’s an amazing value, I’ve had it now for a few years and haven’t regretted it at all. Most likely going to purchase another one.

Saved my life!

I had an accident and totaled my Santa Cruz. I hit a patch of ice in the middle of nowhere Alaska, slid into the snow bank at 40+ miles an hour, rolled the truck 2-3 times and ended up at the bottom of a deep gully, upside-down. Thanks to the safety features, air bags and design of the frame, I walked away with literally just a scratch.

Very practical vehicle

We use the Santa Cruz as our everyday vehicle for all our activities and it is our go to vehicle for long distance trips. Excellent ride and drive characteristics with a wide range of safety features that makes us more comfortable and secure. The cargo space is adequate for hauling golf clubs or yard work needs. The tonneau cover keeps things dry and secure.

"Little Blue" is a fun runaround car

We bought this car for errands around town. It is reliable. It is easy to park. It is fun to drive. It's handy to put things that are dirty in the truck bed (plants and gardening items). There is virtually no room in the back seat. It is used to hold groceries. Very basic features. The Hyundai dealership is the worst. I have been tempted to sell this car just because the dealership is so poor. The reason I would not recommend this car to a friend is because of the poor dealership service.

I love the ride, mpg, styling! Hands down the best vehicle I’ve ever purchased. The safety features on the sel Awd is all I need. Hyundai hit the mark designing the Santa Cruz. My dog and I take it everywhere. Mountains, lakes, beach, camping- no problem at all. Can’t say enough about the SC. Get compliments wherever I go. Great vehicle. MyHyundai for life app needed though. Would make it all worth the while.

Santa Cruz as a 2nd vehicle.

Nice looking pickup, has very good towing capability (5,000#s) but with limited box space partially reduced because of the included metal roll-up cover. Many convenience features both inside and in the box. Comfortable to drive, up to date dash features but with the 2.4 Turbo the gas mileage is low.

Best vehicle ever

I LOVE THIS TRUCK SO MUCH!! Perfect ride. I can’t wait to buy another one next time. It has been my favorite Hyundai of all 5. It is so cute. I’ve used the truck bed a lot. The liner with all the tie-downs is really nice. Love the “trunk” in the bed.
