Very poor customer service interaction
No rental was provided , because they had limited rentals had to go to a 3rd party and spent hundreds for a rental
They said I "may" can get a reimbursement but can take up to 45 days this is very sad and I'm not pleased wouldn't recommend this dealership to nobody .

Staff is helpful
I wrote my review in my overall survey.
There needs to be some checks and balances so that a customer does not have to come back for the same problem do it correct the first time.
