Excellent service
Will was a excellent service rep on the phone and in person. When I arrived with my car another rep. told me it was too late to have my car looked at even tho I arrived at about 1:00pm hours before closing. I then asked for Will and he took care of me. Ordered my part and let me know when It arrived

Good communication on the status of the repair.
My vehicle repair involved using a service contract. Mr. Bishop kept me informed as to the status on the adjuster’s review of the claim. Additionally, when I approved the repair work Will kept me apprised as to when the vehicle would be available.

I Couldn't Ask for More
I brought my Hyundai Azera to Pohanka Hyundai Service Department for a "Recall" repair. The Service Advisor, Sir Will, spoke to me by phone early in the week and set up my appointment. I asked if I could bring it in on a Thursday evening, to have the repair scheduled for Friday and I could pick it up Friday evening due to my tight work schedule. He was so understanding, keeping in touch with me until it was time to pick up my car. My car came back not only repaired but totally clean, inside and out. He even put paper protectors over my floor mats which none of the other dealers seem do anymore. I think, I appreciated that most of all because it showed that someone was taking into consideration, the respect and the pride of the way you keep your car. Plus, he even washed the dirt off the exterior of the car. I thank Sir Will very much for his caring and concern for resolving my issues in such a timely manner. I will recommend this dealership's service department, as well as, the Service Advisor, Sir Will, to my son who also has a Hyundai.
