Great Customer Service!!
My service rep was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! However, my scheduled oil change took way too long (almost two hours)! They have a Very nice waiting room and amenities and my service rep was the best so I’ll be back to give them another chance but if I’m there again for two hours for an oil change ... ?

The best service technician
My services techs are Shawn and Will. I can truly say that regardless of how long it has been since they last saw me, they always address me by name and ask how am I doing and the vehicle? No appointment and no wait time for what I had to get done.

I always get great service. Someone was there to greet me as soon as I pulled up to the service center. The staff is friendly and professional, the waiting room is comfortable and the rest rooms are always clean.

oil change & tire rotation
Dropped my car off the night before so it could be serviced first thing in the morning. It was ready by 8:20 the next morning. Upon my arrival I was told that my wheel cover was broken while my car was being serviced and that I should purchase replacements and I would be reimbursed. The service manager gave me his card in case I had any problems with being reimbursed. I havent purchased any new covers yet but Im sure I wont have a problem getting my money back.
