My First Service at Pohanka
This was the first time I had my car serviced at your Hyundai Location, I usually return to the dealer where I purchased the car, but you are closer to my home so I decided to give you a try. I was very well pleased, My service person was Will, he greeted me as soon as I entered and guided me through the entire experience. I asked about how long it would take and he gave me a time frame window and the car was completed within that window with no problem.

Timely service, comfortable waiting room,friendly staff.
SERVICE staff is great. They explain every thing needed in my car. I do think the prices of a battery is very high. Overall I will return to Pohanka for service.

I used to go to the location in Bowie and then I went to this location in Upper Marlboro and the service was amazing. Will is always so helpful and reliable. I won’t go if he’s not there. My car was making a weird noise and I told him and found out it was my oil. He took care of everything and was very helpful.

Good fast service
I always come here because thy accept drop ins for routine maintenance and the service is fast and very friendly. They also have a nice waiting room which offers free ice cream sandwiches and a variety of coffee. I moved out the area and still bring my car here when in town.

The service was ok, but the overall cost was too much
I thought the over all service was ok . Mr. Will Bishop was good at explaining things. I thought the cost was to high. The parts total $185.07 and the labor was $750.00. Since I needed my car, I had no other option but to pay. I also was very disappointed because I was not able to use a Hyundai coupon because it was not a Pohanka coupon?
Since the labor cost was so high, I will not be returning for any additional service repairs. I will not be buying a new car from your dealership, which I was thinking about . Linda Dupree

The people!
Ralph(service mgr) and the shop mgr were great. Will Bishop follower up and did a excellent job on assistant both managers. He my guy when I don’t need the managers.
We purchased this Genesis because of Tim Williams. His words has been gold. He’s back up what he promised!!!
