Great Experience.
This was my first time at Pohanka Hyundai. Will was my customer service rep and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will say getting my car serviced took longer than expected but Will kept me informed while I waited. My overall experience was great and I will continue to be a customer.

The place to take your car is Pohanka
The gentleman with whom I dealt was William Bishop. This gentleman not only has wonderful personality, but he is very knowledgeable about the product they service. When I spoke to him it was like speaking to the technician himself. This put me at ease when he told me what I needed to have done. Great experience!

I've never been impressed by the service that I receive by a dealership until I visited Pohanka Hyundai. I always felt that the cost of all repairs and maintenance was way over priced. Dealing with Pohanka has eased that! I appreciate the team and the time they spend working with me and on my car. I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is professional and friendly.
