Great Service at Pohanka
As always, my service visit at Pohanka was excellent. Will, the service agent, was friendly and efficient. He knew why I was there and that I was waiting and would appreciate a quick service. He delivered on all fronts. I won't be getting service on my Elantra anywhere else, and when it comes time to get a new car, it will be at Pohanka Hyundai!

Happy Customer after a Bumpy Start
Pohanka Hyundai grew on me. Initially I had trouble getting my issue across to the service agents who tried thier best to communicate my issue to the technicians. It took several visits for them to understand that the problem was not fixed on my vehicle. Once my cars issue was escalated to the service manager and a special hyundai engineer, my issue was resolved quickly and quietly. I want to send an extra special thank you out to the service manager, and the staff at Pohanka for eventually solving my problem with my car. Thank you so very much
