I’m so elated with my recent experience at Pohanka Hyundai!!! I was so sad and confused coming in but when I talked to Mr. Bishop, he reassured me that my baby (my car) was in great hands and I absolutely believed him! He also knew I was worried so he gave me great updates and even got me excited to get my car some brand new tires! Thank you so much Pohanka Hyundai!!!!

EXCELLENT!
Will Bishop strikes again. Will is so pleasant, optimistic and extremely helpful. I returned to Pohanka Hyundai, specifically requesting will because he gets things done in a timely manner and done correctly. I returned to Pohanka to have my key reprogrammed to my Kona.

My service was handled quickly, efficiently, correctly and at a "right" priced. I received a courtesy wash without asking. YIPPEE!

I "Will" be back!

I am always satisfied with the service I receive when bringing my vehicle to be serviced. I purchased both my Hyundais from this location and I only bring them here for servicing. Will is a great service advisor! Always friendly and knowledgeable.
