I needed my lug nuts changed and I request a last minute appointment due to safety concerns and my need to travel in the next couple days. The service department took in my car the next day and had provided the service within a few hours.

Great service staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I was scheduled to have the new tires purchased from White Ford installed today. Upon arriving for my appointment, I asked if by chance I might be able to have my truck serviced and was told yes they would do that also. I was so grateful as this was not part of today's appointment. Tyler Jorgensen, one of the service advisors, is the greatest! A real asset to White Ford.

Great Experience with calm, professional atmosphere.

Michael Hedden was probably not expecting a walk-in prospect early on a Monday morning, yet he was able to adapt quickly, providing exceptional customer service, and knowledge. His low key, persistent approach definitely exceeded my expectations. Because he listened to me, after looking at a few vehicles, I ended up purchasing the first car Michael suggested. His attitude was one of positivity, which gave me confidence in the process as we moved forward. There were more than a few hurdles, (On my end.) that made it more complicated, yet Michael was unflappable, handling each seemingly seamlessly, with the help of a great team supporting him. The other "Michael's" and Paul were able to step in to bring everything together so I could drive home in a new (Newer!) vehicle!! It was obvious that the "team" is a good one at Mike White Ford!

customer care needs work

Brought my truck in for a standard 5,000 service, which is normally done in 45-60 minutes. Did not require tire rotation . After 1 hour, work still not done. I had to leave, but it was agreed that I would be back by 5:15. I came back an hour earlier and waited another half hour. The attendant wanted to charge me for new wipers and 2 new filters, even though I have always had the extended maintenance option. For some reason, this is not the first time my option has not been immediately recognized. I finally left after a total of 1 and a half hours, without my usual free car wash coupon, as I discovered.

Costumer service is great

They did a great job servicing my truck however it appears they forgot to reset my oil life monitor and ran over time by about 20 minutes so I was late to work but it was all good.
