So comfy and warm

Its always so relaxing and enjoyable for me to get away and sit in that waiting room. I can read, talk on the phone, enjoy good coffee, all in my own faraway space.

routine service

Talked with Tyler at the service desk when I checked in my vehicle and he was able to fix a recall item on my truck that I originally was told by another person that I would have to make a separate appointment to get it reprogramed. He saved me another visit at a later date which was greatly appreciated. He also was able to sell me a new set Toyo tires and installed them during this visit. All this was completed in less than 1.5 hours . Many thanks to Tyler and his crew for the timely and excellent work .

I would give the person who worked with me Tyler a 5 star rating. However the fact that the 2019 Ford Ranger truck that has only 34,000 miles on it needed new rear brakes AND that those brakes were not covered by warranty or the extended warranty I purchased, is very distressing. I've never owned a vehicle in which the brakes went out so quickly. Tyler was good. The truck and its warranty is not.

Knowledgeable Reps

Easy oil change, and knew about the issue I just started having with the truck. Easy schedule to get the new issue worked on. Just had to wait a couple of weeks to get the oil change done, that is only downside.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change and service. Check in was fast but lacked any personal touch. Service on my vehicle was timely but with an attempt to upsell me on items covered in my service plan.

scheduled maintenance and wheel weights the next day.

The oil change and lube went as scheduled and without any problems. The next day found some broken wheel weights fixed the problem and balanced the wheel again and everything went and is super fine

There was a staff person greeting me as I drove into the Service Bay. It took a couple of minutes and then an hour later, I was ready to drive off with a free pass for a car wash at Squeakies! They do a good job for me.
