Oil change was fine, service kind of rude
I always get my oil changes done here and every single time it feels like the guys checking me in for my appointment and doing my paperwork afterwards could not be less interested. They always do the paperwork super fast and don’t hardly acknowledge me beyond the fact that I’m standing right in front of them. At my most recent appointment, the person who called me after my car was done was making friendly conversation with someone else right next to me when I came to pick up the car, but he was short and rude with me. They do good work but their service employees clearly don’t care when a girl walks up to their desk. It’s disappointing.

Oil change appointment
Took my Escape in for oil change. I told the service writer that I would need to wait for the service. I was informed it would take an hour. I checked back with the service writer 75 minutes later. He was talking to the another service writer and eating with my paperwork sitting in front of him. How long was the paperwork sitting there? We also had to wait a month for this appointment.

Just a fun Thursday afternoon
So we took my car in to get winter tires put on. While we were there they told me I need a new window wipers then an air filter. So they did those too.

When we came back to get the car my husband walked into the dealership and talk to Curley.

We have a new Ford Maverick pick up ordered. It will be here sometime late November or early December. Curly found out what kind of tires it needs.
(I thought maybe the tires on my car would fit it… But it doesn’t)

While we were there a bunch of vehicles were dropped off. One of them happened to be a maverick
That somebody else had ordered two months earlier . So curly took us down to the parking lot where it was at and let me sit in the vehicle. It was pretty cool.
These little trucks are about the size of a bronco .

So comfy and warm
Its always so relaxing and enjoyable for me to get away and sit in that waiting room. I can read, talk on the phone, enjoy good coffee, all in my own faraway space.

Talked with Tyler at the service desk when I checked in my vehicle and he was able to fix a recall item on my truck that I originally was told by another person that I would have to make a separate appointment to get it reprogramed. He saved me another visit at a later date which was greatly appreciated. He also was able to sell me a new set Toyo tires and installed them during this visit. All this was completed in less than 1.5 hours . Many thanks to Tyler and his crew for the timely and excellent work .

I would give the person who worked with me Tyler a 5 star rating. However the fact that the 2019 Ford Ranger truck that has only 34,000 miles on it needed new rear brakes AND that those brakes were not covered by warranty or the extended warranty I purchased, is very distressing. I've never owned a vehicle in which the brakes went out so quickly. Tyler was good. The truck and its warranty is not.

Knowledgeable Reps
Easy oil change, and knew about the issue I just started having with the truck. Easy schedule to get the new issue worked on. Just had to wait a couple of weeks to get the oil change done, that is only downside.
