Recent Weekly experience and monthly service review
I have always written reviews about my business experiences. It's how we get educated and educate others in our modern day of internet and social media. I've spent most of my life in the hospitality and foodservice business and we learn a lot about our performance and quality thru reviews. I always take them constructively.

I always take the time to write a business owner, in this case, Mike White, about my good experiences with his team to compliment them and acknowledge their efforts. I always write thank you notes to salespersons and service people who do a great job. I've written numerous positive reviews about my car purchasing experience at Mike White Ford and about my service experience and advisor, Tyler Jorgenson. He's outstanding, honors his word, is always honest and gets things done like he says he will. He's is outstanding and so is Mike White service department and experience.

Unfortunately this week I learned I was always being sued by a salesperson at Mike White Ford who I had a terrible experience with and who let me down big time. When it came time to submit a review i wrote a negative review. After all, Ford always asks customers to review their experience. When I talked to Ford Corporate they told me they want customers to be honest and not worried about getting sued if they express their dissatisfaction with something.

I find it awfully hippocrital of Mike White to ask his customers to review their experience and then condone someone getting sued for telling the truth about a bad experience. Bad experiences happen.

I feel like we are being threatened into only writing positive reviews in fear of retaliation like that I am experiencing.

Experienced salespersons would take criticism constructively and be honest about it. They would pick-up the phone, apologize and acknowledge their mistakes, and then everyone moves on. In this case I am getting sued for being honest and telling the truth.

Just an FYI.

I give huge thumbs up to Mike White Ford and his service team of professionals.

My new Edge Titanium was not starting well. It sounded like the battery was going dead. After just a little while they found the battery had a faulty cell. So it was replaced with a new one. So relieved, and thankful

Always a great experience
Tyler is my service coordinator and I always know I will be taken care of. I had a trip coming up, and needed some service done. They fit me into the schedule, and then I had a conflict and had to pick up a child at a specific time. He made sure it was completed and ready. It was greatly appreciated.

The business itself is top notch!!!
The building and the waiting area is clean, pleasant, upscale, and also quality, friendly people work there. Very relaxing atmosphere with comfortable chairs and even coffee. Only thing missing is Lugene. I wish she were back working there as the shuttle driver. The service people are super professional. It seems to be a family business as I have had the pleasure of meeting both Chelsey and Connor White (I assume Mike Whites children) working in the service area. They represent the company well. Best customer service ever. I bought my 2006 f150 there brand new and would never take it any where else for oil changes or anything else.

Awesome service again
I had my car and pickup serviced recently and there was a mix up with my car’s paperwork. Cole fixed the problem and paid for my service. Thanks for taking care of me again. As usual the service was awesome.

Excellent service for 2015 Escape.
Oil change service,spark plugs, transmission oil change and full injectors service. Vehicle was done when promised. Very happy to have Mike White Ford service all my vehicles.
Only problem is the scheduling was longer then anticipated.

I was greeted immediately when I pulled up. I was told about the work being done . The service writer was very helpful in answering any concerns and also encouraged me to set the next appt in advance.

Extreme ownership makes mike white ford great
Tyler Jorgenson was not only incredibly kind and gentle during my service but also wowed me with his speed and quickness to serve me. Sam the technician could probably be recruited for nascar or Baja racing with his ability to work quickly and efficiently. My truck had never performed better since. Thank you!

They got me in the next day
They were on time and had it done quick. They did forget to update the sticker with the next oil change date however.
