Everyone

We love going here. We had a few miscommunication errors but the staff was always apologetic and fixed whatever the issue was. Very respectful and they listen. I love that they check everything to make sure it is running properly and let us know when things are getting close to needing to be replaced in our vehicle. Thank you for everything you guys do!

rock punctured tires

it took three visits to Parker to get this resolved, I had two flats up in the mountains, put the spare on first, plugged the second myself brought it Parker ford they plugged the first tire when I picked up up they didn't hear me about the second tire made a second appointment to repair the drivers rear,the woman in the service office said to have it there before 9 00 am , came in at 4 00 pm and it wasn't ready they were trying re plug a tire that I had to put two plugs in to get off the mountain because of size of the rip in the tire,waited until after 5 00 pm when they told it needed to be replaced , I brought it in the next day for replacement, I still have concerns if the first tire they plugged , it had A rock puncture threw the tire cords

The employees, especially Tara and Curley!

Mostly we come back because of the people we have dealt with. As I said above, Tara always remembers us and is just a naturally friendly young lady, and we will only buy vehicles from Curley, no B.S., honest and helpful and no pressure. We have dealt with some pushy sales people through the years, many of whom know less about the vehicles than we do.

Oil change service

I would recommend this dealer. It would be nice if they washed your vehicle as other dealers do with service. The coupon for a free wash is nice but it is more time needed for me. They were fast and efficient. The staff made my grand daughter and I feel welcome.

I was greeted as I entered the serviced area, went over paper work, pointed me to waiting room.
I really like the new waiting room, plenty of room.

When my service was complete, they called me and discussed future items such as tires and fuel filter.

I had to get oil changed on a rental car which completely bummed me out but having it done at Parker’s was easy. Not that I liked spending an hour of vacation there but Ryan was very friendly and the waiting area comfortable.
