Customer service at it’s finest. Evidently, someone had been ill and unable to make it to work. It happened to be the perdon scheduled to do my brakes. Tyler let me know that the ETA went from 2 hours to unknown and offered me a ride home which I gratefully accepted! I felt bad that the guys were struggling to keep up with the daily schedule, but they were all surprisingly calm and level headed. I greatly appreciate that because I don’t want someone rushed and on edge working on my vehicle. All the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Thank you!! :D

This is the 3rd Ford Agency I have been going to here in Coeur d'Alene. I started in 2006 so that is 12 years and that is because it is the closest Ford agency in this area. Of the three agencies, I now like Mike White Ford the best service so far.

Tyler was helpful, courteous, answered questions, provided a stool to sit on (I'm temporarily injured, and he noticed), got another agent to help me so I didn't have to wait when I came back, etc.
Overall a positive experience -- seems like the tradition continues!

New truck oil leak challenge
The second visit solved the leaking oil problem on my new F-150. They researched again and replaced the PLASTIC oil drain plug.... This has so far stopped the drip. This took extra time as I waited but I believe it was worthwhile. The staff is polite and professional and offered a few perks for my trouble. Thank you to the service department! Maybe the designing engineers should be required to service vehicles in the shop for a week? It might solve some potential issues for all concerned.

New owner, new name.
Lots of changes , lots of new faces along with many familiar ones. The service department staff was going an extra mile to provide an excellent visit. My service was completed in the time promised which was half the estimate given at the time the appointment was made.

My only concern was with the "Next service due" sticker on my windshield which I believe to be about half the time/mileage normally called for by my vehicle health reports, but I need to research this as Ford has seen fit to discontinue my vehicle health report.. (Hybrid vehicle) oil changes not determined by odometer mileage. I am disappointed with Ford and confused at this time, but the sticker provided is clearly incorrect.

It is my understanding the power sterring is electronic not hydrolic . If that is the case, the replacement of a circut board could prevent an accident, RATHER THAN scheduling and appointment 2 weeks out.
