Thanks Tyler!

Tyler went above and beyond executing a recent break job for my company truck. Additionally, I jokingly pointed out that hula girls skirt was falling off (dash doll) and if the tech had a little super glue maybe he Could fix that as well... well hula girls skirt looks brand new... lol! I’m a lifer at Mike White Ford! Nobody else would have done that.

Spacious waiting area with Wi-Fi

While waiting for my 15K maintenance service, I enjoyed a cup of coffee and the free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi could have been faster, but can't complain because it was free. Service was done in under an hour. Only drawback is on the service receipt it noted I received a voucher for a car wash, which I did NOT. That is why I cannot give a full five stars. I wasn't expecting anything else, so there was no need to pad the receipt.

Over paid

We over paid for our truck, tried to get the dealership to buy it back 6 months later. The difference that was offered was $5-6,000 less than what we paid for the truck 6 months earlier. How does that much depreciation occur in 6 months??? So either we were over charged in the first place or taken advantage of on the other end. We tried to work with the dealership but never got anywhere. So now we owe ( a lot more) than what the truck is worth. Not a great feeling. This was our second purchase from the dealership, so we spent a lot of money there in one year. Never will do business with the dealership again nor EVER recommend it to anyone.

Vehicle maintenance

I arrived approximately 10 minutes before my 9:00 am appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2017 F150. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was told that my truck would be ready by 10:00. It was done by 9:45. At other locations I waited for four hours for the same service. The Mike White team is outstanding.

A Great Place

Mike White Ford is a Great Place To go to have your vehicle serviced or to get parts. They don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like Family. This is how a business is so post to be. I bought my truck from this place ( when it was Parker Ford ) but nothing has changed. Again they do a Great Job taking care of their customers.

I've had my car and truck serviced at a dealership since I bought them, but I have never found a better service then here. The service manager made sure I knew all the recommended service and any issues they found. I felt they took the time to talk and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door.
