1st. Time visit.
Staff was friendly and ready to work on my Ford Explorer Sports track. They got my vehicle done on time they promised. They gave a well prepared sheet on my vehicle, and talked about what was done and what should be done next. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.

The technicians really listen to your issues, writing the details down. They then take the time to help you and fix the problem. They always have a smile and make the customer feel respected. Service like this builds a returning customer base.

Excellent customer service
Took my F150 in for an oil change. They said it would be about an hour. At about an hour 15 I began wondering and then my truck rolled out. I was going to ask them when I could bring in my truck to get two recalls taken care of. To my surprise they took care of both recalls for me during the oil change. Gotta say I was pretty impressed. From buying a truck to having routine service done Mike White Ford has been awesome. Don’t think I’ll ever buy a truck or car anywhere else.

have not had major work done, just oil change and new tires. I was very satisfied with the friendly staff, the offered suggestions without trying to sell me stuff.

efficient and accommodating
Tyler was so efficient...took my questions about the tires being switched from studs to all weather and offered a solution to my being able to move them myself from car to storage and back again...his team was done in little over an hour with a full car inspection, oil change, and tire switch and balancing...amazing!
