Customer service is great!
From the time l drove my vehicle into the service department the department representative working with me was very interested in learning my vehicle problem. He actually had a technician (Billy) come out to help with the diagnostic to make sure they knew exactly what the problem was. I was really impressed with Tyler as he really is interested in getting the problem identified and fixed so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. Way to go Tyler!

didnt like that I had to wait 1/2 hour after the service was done
Everything was great, friendly staff,
the only thing that upset me was I saw my car being parked after
the service, but it was 1/2 hour later that they came and got me.
I did not understand why it took so long to get me.

Friendly and nice waiting room...
It was ok but I did ask Cole to change the wiper blades and they were marked as needing new ones but they didn't do it??? It took a hour and 20 minutes for just the oil change which I think was way longer than last time.

This poem is kind of weird
My review was kind of boring
I had Butterfinger Latte
And sat in the waiting room snoring

I got a new battery
The old one was 2/3 dead
My poem is over

Convenient and easy
Every time I've gone to Mike White Ford, they've made it extremely easy and convenient to drop off and pick up and are very forthcoming about what's necessary and not regarding maintenance and work done on my truck.

Besides having the oil and tires taken care of, they also check fluid levels and bring them up to full, as well as checking the tires, brakes. This service center is always extremely thorough, they are top notch
