People like Sean are GOLD for Pohanka because he is the face of the company that people see. A service rep with a bad attitude can be bad for business. But people like Sean, who was very cordial and knowledgeable, are a main reason for customers to keep coming back. Especially at 6 AM when it's dark and customers, like me, are a little tired. But Sean not only got my car serviced, he carefully explained the details of the service when it was done. So, all in all, great job by Sean! And the best part is that I am confident the service was done correctly and my car is good to go until the next service in July. If people use routine maintenance services at Pohanka they will most likely never experience a mid-service break downs and they can forgo those scandalous ads for auto maintenance insurance. Finally, in the DC area, having a reliable car is a safety issue hands down.
