Very cooperative service, they picked up the car at my home and delivered it promptly after completing the service. Very friendly service personnel. Before doing any major (brake discs, new tires) work on my car, I was notified just as they promised.

My 3 service calls were kinda freaky for a problem. Not the average service call. Corporate helped and provided guidance .
Electrical problems can be trickey. They replaced 3 electrical harnesses which is time consuming. Job seems to have done the job as the car is running great.

Service was great. Provided loaner vehicle and kept me in the loop on how progress was going. Didnt have any negative issues at all. Hyundai is really coming up to speed with their vehicles and hard to beat their warranty.

A pleasure to deal with Giambalvo Hyundai
Because the staff are courteous, professional, and efficient, I return to Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover since 2013 for inspections, recalls, and maintenance work. The mechanics always do the work assigned to my car in a timely manner and I have never had any reason to be dissatisfied with my car's service. I appreciate their honesty and dependability and have never felt pressured to add an additional service that I deemed unnecessary at the time. It is a pleasure to know you are looked out for at this dealership.
