I have talked and scheduled my appointment with Rick. He was ontop of making sure i stayed in the loop of what was going on. And when my car was ready to be picked back up the next day! I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you!!

My car was in for state inspection and a regular service. The staff could not have been more professional and friendly. 5 stars all around.

Top Notch Service Department
Service is always excellent there.
Love dealing with Rick, seems to know his job duties well. A little cramped having the 3 service writers in that little area and all the equipment needed to do their job.

My experiences have always been positive! The staff is friendly, service is efficient and if I choose to stay, the waiting area is pleasant. My questions are answered and I feel confident when I leave that my vehicle is in good shape.

Not so great experience
It took 5 hours for an oil change and to pour lube down my door panel. There was no communication from the staff at all. No updates, no apologies. The staff was friendly, but not so great on communication.

Brenda, was helping us out in the service department due to staffing shortages. We failed to stamp and document on the repair order that you were waiting, then it just continued to go downhill from there. Great service
While the online scheduling tool did not put me into their system, they scheduled me for the next morning when I showed up for my nonexistent appointment. The service staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job.

Thanks Gary for the information, I have spoke with the tech, service writer and I also was invloved with this discussion, it was not that he did not want to complete the job, it was that we did not have all the parts to complete the transmission and engine replacement on that vehicle. Please resonsider recoring the service writer 5 STARS if you feel they did the correct job. It does effect is overall performance from Giambalvo and Hyundai.

The service department at Hyundai is hands down the best. I recently dealt with a vehicle crisis and Rick went above and beyond to make things right. Rick sent text messages to update the progress, called me personally for recommendations and explained everything to me. What was a horrible situation turned out to be a pleasurable experience.

Giambalvo Hyundai really reaches out to their customer and makes a total and complete to satisfy its customers. My experience with them each time I require service is outstanding. The service team is ready to remedy the problems and issues that I have. The team is very friendly and it is indeed a pleasure having my vehicle serviced. I feel very comfortable with the dealership and service personnel. I really appreciated the time it took to get my vehicle back to serviceable condition. Excellent job "Service Team".

Inspection service
Service has always been good but often takes too long. As a customer who almost always waits during service and who always schedules an appt. because of waiting it would help to have service time cut down to a minimum.

Thanks for the service survey response. We are trying new ways to make the work flow better for everyone time wise. We have taken strides to make the wait times less and setting more reasonable times for waiting appointments. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. 
Please re-consider in changing the rating to 5 STARS fir my service writers if you feel they did a good job for you and your vehicle.
