Crap car, crap service
Purchased a brand new Hyundai SUV because of its ratings/warranty. 2 years into it I have all kinds of issues. Hanover Hyundai is the closest dealership to me, and all I have are issues when getting my vehicles back. The work is rushed, the multipoint checks are clearly not being done, and myself and my husband are getting our cars back still with issues. Can’t get an oil change without getting it back LEAKING oil, since someone is too lazy to fully tighten it. Waited a month for a part only to have it fixed incorrectly and have to wait another 2 weeks. Not to mention, the general manager, Ernie is rude, disrespectful and condescending. Will talk over you like you’re nothing and have excuse after excuse why you get your car back still with issues. If I didn’t have to drive over and hour to a different Hyundai dealership, I would never step foot in this establishment again. Instead of fixing my car and taking care of it properly Ernie told me I should “buy a new one” when it’s 4 years old with 63k miles. Such a joke. Don’t buy a Hyundai and don’t go here.

Heather, Will you please re-score me 5 STARS - the STARS effect me and no the General Manager.
I did order the tape for all the doors and will call once they are in and will provide a free rental car while we have a professional detailer install the tape pieces.

2 Hour Emission and Inspection
Service personnel are fine, pleasant. My vehicle has less that 14,000 miles and yet it took two hours to complete the service. It has never took longer than an hour in the past.

I wish every dealership was this friendly!
My engine check light came on and I didn’t want to drive home incase something major was wrong. I stopped into the dealership unsettled and I was greeted by Rick. I was offered me a bottle of water a side of reassurance. He made me chuckle. About 30 minutes later the vehicle was diagnosed and I made an appointment and had the repairs performed the next week. They even gave me a loaner car!

Interior odor problem
Dealer did what the field engineer told them to do to correct the problem. It did not work. Not confident anyone is going to make an effort to correct the problem.

Problem not resolved
After several attempts to correct, I still have an interior odor in my new Palisade. What bothers me about the dealer is they are trying to tell me the odor is now gone. That is far from the truth.

Palisade odor

I got my vehicle serviced and staff was friendly. While I was waiting for my oil change I could hear one of the men there yelling incredibly loudly at someone. When I went to get in my car to leave my car was unlocked with my registration sitting where anyone could see it. I go there because of the complimentary services I receive with having a newer vehicle
