Coming back
A few months ago I had a disappointing experience with Hyundai service department. I felt almost betrayed since I have been a very loyal customer for years. The work on my vehicle has never been anything other than exceptional, but the service was lacking. I wound up reaching out to them again, (again because of the quality of work) giving them the benefit of the doubt and to say the delivered is an understatement. They went above and beyond to honor things I was previously couldn’t be and made me feel heard. I felt like a valued customer and not just another credit card. I am so happy to have gone back.

Very friendly staff with no pressure to do additional work services unless absolutely needed. Prices are reasonable plus coupon discounts are given for various services.

A great dealership
I needed an oil change badly after the quarantine. I did have to make an appointment 1 week out though since they were booked. The oil change lasted about 45 mins and I was able to leave quickly.

Quick Turnaround.
I was very pleased that my vehicle was repaired in less than 24 hours. After I had the Sonata towed to the dealership late on Thursday afternoon, I was very pleased that the electrical issue (mice chewing through wires) was corrected swiftly with a nominal cost. In less than 24 hours, I was driving the vehicle home very pleased with the service department.
