We're sorry the car didn't look great out of our wash, we'd be happy to redo it for you whenever you like.

As to being ignored, certainly that would never be our intention, and it must have been an unusual situation that led to that, we generally have no fewer than five team members right at the entrance ready and willing to serve our customer's needs.

Blue link issues. Mechanical work great.
I love bringing in my car, Ricardo & Paulo always take care of me!! However. ,, Dec 12 my blue link paid, has still not been back on. Ricardo had helped me jump thru hoops, called for me, I've called numerous times,, nothing! Is anybody else having this issue,?? It's been a month, even modem has been checked. HELP. I still have.no Connect care or remote services.

The cost of the 60,000 mile service is certainly higher than any service leading up to it and all the services after it up to 120,000 miles.  This is the most extensive maintenance due on your car and know that our menu pricing for this item is intended to be a tremendous value for the work performed.  Our 60,000 mile menu package represents a greater than 33% price savings over the included services priced individually.

Rest easy knowing that your Soanta is in top-shape and that you have another 60,000 miles ahead of you before another service this size is recommended again.

Missed my first scheduled appointment. Called the same day and rescheduled without any problems. Arrived on 12/27/17 @ 7:30 am for my first oil change and was in and out by approx 8:15 am. Fastest service I have received at any dealership. Ricardo Garcia, my service advisor was fantastic. Exceptional customer service skills and explained all service details very clearly.

We are right next to the airport which is massive on most maps, but we're just east of the runway on the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd and Northsight - there is even a light at the intersection.
