Excellent Customer Service
I wanted to do some preventive maintenance with a limited budget and Ricardo consulted with the mechanics to determine what was the most important maintenance for my car. Ricardo always goes above and beyond for the customer. He should be teaching a class on customer service.

Great Communication
While the service department was trouble shooting the problems I was experiencing with my Elantra, they continually updated me on the progress. They also explained to me what was happening and why. One of the problems would not duplicate while it was in the service department so I was told to call the first time it happened and they would bring me in right away to help solve the problem. The service rep went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed.

I dropped off my car for a service and light replacement, and they completed the service quickly and washed my car. They are always friendly and helpful.

Outstanding Service and Personnel
I brought my car in for a recall on steering wheel and oil change.
I was greeted with a smile by Service Advisor, Ricardo Garcia.
I had some questions regarding recall as well as my service contract.
He answered everything and made me feel very comfortable.
Everything was taken care of and off I went in my fabulous Santa Fe Sport.

Ricardo Garcia has been outstanding. Always listens, always connects.

Love that you provide breakfast snacks for those of us that make early appts. Also, love the drive home & pick up service that you provide. It's not always needed but when it is,..the driver is both courteous & friendly.

Would we recommend Earnhardt Hyundai to a friend??? We already have several times. :)

This survey had my husband's name on it,...but since he purchased a new Ioniq,...I now drive the Santa Fe. The Ioniq is our 5th Hyundai. You keep bringing it on, & we'll keep buying!!
