Thank you for your feedback.

We know this visit took a little longer than expected.  Normally we expect our Car Care Express service to provide oil changes and more in under an hour - including the wash.

Your appointment was for 3:45 and we didn't finish and collect payment until 4:48 - not much over an hour, but over an hour all the same - even late on a Friday afternoon we expect to do better.

Please accept our apologies for this visit,  and know that Ricardo will work to make it up to you next time.  We have been your dealer for more than 3 years now, and we're sorry we missed our goal this time around.

A very nice place to have my vehicle serviced. Friendly and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done in a way this non-mechanical person could understand. The shuttle service made it so nice to drop off my car and return work. I thought the repair would have taken much longer, but that had done quite quickly. Will definitely be back!

Service Department Needs Work
Overall, this dealership is great. Friendly and courteous staff. But it is impossible to get a service appointment. It took me 4 days and 6 messages, before I finally complained to the manager. I just needed an oil change! Maybe next time I will just go to Advanced or Pep Boys!
