Mr Ricardo Garcia - Service Advisor - was easy to talk to and helped explained the service and the even looked for coupons to help. He also helped me understand which items were important and which are optional so I can stagger the costs of services required vs recommended.
The shuttle service gentleman was also polite and friendly and was able to get in and out of the dealership faster than I have experienced in a few years. Thank you gentlemen!

Great Customer Service
Matthew is my usual service advisor. Matthew is always courteous and professional. I was previously out of town for an extended time. When i returned Matthew was able to schedule an oil change with short notice. On 4/13/18 i discovered a nail in my tire. Matthew was off and Ricardo was there when I arrived at the dealership. Ricardo was able to get me in immediately. He was able to get my tire plugged and even had an oil change done on my car. Matthew and Ricardo are beyond professional and are always courteous and accomodating when i come to get my car serviced.

Everything positive. Prompt greeting, indicated time need to do the service and it was done as promised and included a free car wash.
