First Service Visit

Recently moving to Phoenix this was my first visit to this dealership. The service area was nice and Norm was very helpful to get me checked in and set me up with a ride to work. The overall experience was a positive one. It's sad that Hyundai uses a poorly "designed to fail" steering flex coupling that is made from rubber in the Sonata. At least the dealership provided a 25% off coupon online.

Good and Helpful Service

We had a different kind of need for service. Our daughter passed away and we had the car we bought for her. We felt the service folks were kind to us as the vehicle needed a number of recall services done. Norm was very helpful and accommodating in getting us through the process.

Norm Rosen Does It Again!

Once again, I show up unexpectedly at
3:00 in the afternoon because my check engine light came on after hearing some noise while on my way to the gym. Norm tells me it could take a couple of hours to troubleshoot so I decided to leave my Tucson there and take a shuttle to the gym. Norm obviously gets me in pretty quick and as I am waiting for the shuttle to arrive, around 30-45
minutes, Norm comes looking for me to tell
me my car is ready. Turns out I had a loose gas cap and that was all. I signed some papers and Norm told me to have fun at the gym. This whole thing could have gone a lot different and I could have been without a car for a day but Norm and the Guys and Girls at Earnhardt Hyundai always treat me like family. I am happy that I chose this place to lease and service my last two vehicles. Thanks again Norm and the rest of the team there. I’ll defini be back for more.

Best Place for Service

From simple nail in the tire to low tire pressure the respect and honesty and integrity of each person encountered at Hyundai makes the experience a lasting experience that you actually look forward to your service date.
Recently my compressor blew on the A/C and had I not purchased the extended warranty on my used Elantra this would have been a major expense.
I highly recommend anyone looking to own a foreign car to go to a Hyundai dealer. They are the best.

Great Experience

I bought Hyundai as a CPO from another dealer. Some items had to be repaired under warranty and they took care of it. In fact, the customer service I received from this dealer was great!

besides the convenience of the location of the store, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent service!

Went in for an oil change and dropped my car off and was able to get a ride to work. Picked my car up at my convenience. Great price on an oil change and Norm was easy to deal with. Thank you!
