7500 service update
Within seconds of submitting my first review, I received a call from Michael Southern, Director of Parts and Service. He was concerned and very sincere in trying to find a resolution to my concern. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and to make sure I felt like a valued customer. He outlined our conversation, my concern and the action he was going to take to get resolved, in an email almost immediately after we spoke. He continued to give me updates until it was resolved, which was the next day. I was very impressed with his follow up, not only for the immediate attention, but with the sincerity he conveyed. He left me feeling, just because my car purchase is completed, I'm still a am still a valued customer. Everyones nice to the customer when they are in the purchasing phase, the difference is how that customer is treated after its over. Well done Michael, thank you!!!

Great Experience
This was my first time taking my car to the Hyundai dealership and it will not be my last. Norm was a great service manager and was very friendly. He was easy to talk to and made my experience a pleasant one.

Excellent Customer Care
Came in for 20,000 mile oil change and received expeditious and superb customer care.

Techs found battery to be failing in the process, replacing it at no charge!

A free car wash was awarded, as well.

NO A/C cool air at 106 tempature in AZ !
OH NO ! No A/C ! Where do I turn to the day before my Mobile Signing Position, yes my car will be my OFFICE!
I head to rescue relief.. the service department Michael Southern and Norm Rosen at my dealer Earnhardt North Scottsdale ... No appointment .. some how Michael and Norm pulled a rabbit from their hat and zip my car is IN!
An easy fix turned to a major fix, but was painless to my wallet as I had bought the extended warranty 2 years ago when I purchased my 2013 Tucson Hyundai. I am embarrassed to say I had the nerve to ask for an oil change while I was there. Yes and a car wash is always included! ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! No it is true... VIP Service always at Earnhardt Hyundai ! I O U $2K of Thank You.

This was first time I had my new car in for service. Norm took great care of us and the car. The waiting area was comfortable with wifi and coffee bar. Will return for our next scheduled service

Program FOB for Keys
I purchased a key FOB for my Hyundai Santa Fe on line as it was much less expensive than at the dealer. I knew I had to take it to the dealer for programming and I was expecting that to be a problem because I didn't buy the FOB there...no...they were able to program, no problem! They even pointed out that I had a low battery so I replaced that while I was there. Easy...in and out. My biggest issue with this dealer is that its virtually impossible to call in and make an appt. for service. Yes, you can do it on-line but sometimes I just need to talk to the service dept. But other than that, always a good experience.

While we always recommend geniune Hyundai parts we understand the temptation to find after or grey market substitutes.  Although we cannot guarantee the results with non-factory parts, we do our best to be accomodating.  Congratuations are in order as well, experience tells us most of those non-genunie parts never work at all, so finding one that works is fortunate.

2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited
My airbag light was on, so I took it to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for service. They fixed the issue along with a few other issues that were on Technical Bulletins. It cost me $0 and my service adviser, Norman Rosen, was a great help. Also, they did not try to upsell me on other services - I maintain my cars very well, so I really don't like taking a car to the dealer for one specific item and then getting a call that my car needs 10 other items done.
