Everyone wants to please you

I have brought in car to fix a problem with driver Side seat belt The problem still exists, The seat belt was replaced twice so far, I believe it is a sensor proble. The check your seatbelt caution keeps beeping and figure in seatbelt appears on dashboard. I am very frustrated with this problem

As usual I was pleased with my service of my Elantra. Norm was courteous and took care of business. Got my oil changed and some recalls fixed and my door lock fixed. They always go above and beyond making the customer happy!

Service at Earnhardt Hyundai is excellent. Service representatives are great, service is prompt and reasonably priced. They know your vehicle so you won't have things done you do not need. And waiting is pleasant in the beautiful waiting area.

7500 service update

Within seconds of submitting my first review, I received a call from Michael Southern, Director of Parts and Service. He was concerned and very sincere in trying to find a resolution to my concern. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and to make sure I felt like a valued customer. He outlined our conversation, my concern and the action he was going to take to get resolved, in an email almost immediately after we spoke. He continued to give me updates until it was resolved, which was the next day. I was very impressed with his follow up, not only for the immediate attention, but with the sincerity he conveyed. He left me feeling, just because my car purchase is completed, I'm still a am still a valued customer. Everyones nice to the customer when they are in the purchasing phase, the difference is how that customer is treated after its over. Well done Michael, thank you!!!

Broken windshield

I have been going here since I moved to Arizona in February, i needed a simple oil change and I return to my car with a crash in the windshield, when I confronted the service person I was immiditaley asked if I had insurance for he glass, like it was my fault that you broke my window. I will not return, I will not advice people to go there and my gf recently purchased a Hyundai at a different dealer due to this awful customer service. I look forward to resolving this issue but everyone be aware before you take your vehicle here. I hope you can access my phone number, I’m available to speak anytime to have you fix this issue.

Welcome to Arizona and the land of the cracked windshields.

Domanick, ask most drivers here in Arizona and you'll learn it isn't a question of if, but rather when, drivers will get either a rock chip or a cracked windshield. This is why auto insurers in Arizona are required to offer a "zero deductible" on glass, but while they are required to offer it, drivers are not required to buy it. Still, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance agent to find out if you have this important coverage.

We don't think it is either of our faults that the windshield broke, but we agree 100% the chip you and our advisor discovered likely spread when the clean cold water in our car wash hit your windshield.

We'll be in touch to help fix this. In the meantime, if you haven't already, get in touch with your insurance agent (and have your girlfriend get in touch with hers) because you'll discover that glass coverage is pretty important coverage for us here.

We were greeted immediately by Norm, our service advisor. He went over what was required for the service we were in for and gave us an estimated time of the service. The waited in the lounge which is very well appointed with very comfy chairs and the coffee and snacks were a welcome treat.
